Pre-treatment

Washing

We will wash second-hand products such as old clothes, pants, shoes, etc. to remove dust and dirt, ensuring that the products you receive are clean and wear-resistant.

Disinfection

We disinfect each old garment. This helps to eliminate any potential bacteria and pathogens, ensuring that the second-hand clothes you receive are hygienic.

Ironing

For vintage clothing and brand second-hand clothing, we will carefully iron them to ensure that they look neat and wrinkle-free. This enhances the appearance of the clothing and makes it easy to wear.

Deodorization

To ensure that the clothes you receive are free of any odor and to prevent pest problems during long-distance sea transportation, we perform deodorization and pest control treatments.

Our process

1. Recycling

Through our extensive supply chain, we can easily recycle approximately 8,000 tons of daily clothing per month, ensuring we have ample supply to meet your needs.

2. Sorting

Our team will manually inspect and sort each piece of used clothing. We can sort used clothes, pants, shoes into 120 different categories to meet specific item list needs.

3. Cleaning

Since our factory has passed BV and SGS standards, we will carry out the following steps: washing, disinfecting, ironing, deodorizing, identifying any tears or quality defects so that each set of clothing is clean and meets your specifications.

4. Packaging

We will identify the order products, consolidate the same type of products into packages, and compress the product volume as much as possible. We will also customize the bale weight required by your country.

5. Transportation

We can utilize nearly 100% of our container loading capacity to meet your order requirements for any quantity and organize our products neatly to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
